Using the Treasure Chest

Watching an item across every realm by hand is not a thing anyone does twice. The chest does it every hour and tells you when something matches.

What it is for

You want a specific piece — a particular item level, maybe with a socket, maybe with the haste-heavy stat roll — and you are willing to wait for a good price. Checking ninety realms every hour is not realistic. Put it in the chest instead.

The chest re-checks every item you have added each time fresh auction data lands, across the whole region, and messages you when something turns up that matches what you asked for.

Adding an item

Find the item anywhere on the site and use the chest button. It is a toggle: pressing it again removes the item, and removal asks for confirmation so a mis-click does not quietly undo your setup.

An item with no criteria set is simply watched — you will see it on the Kingdom page when it is below the regional average. Criteria are what turn it into an alert.

The criteria, field by field

Field	What it does
Max price	Only match listings at or below this. This is the field that decides when you get told.
Item level	Match only this exact level. Useful on gear that ships in several versions — see the item level guide for why they differ.
Tertiary	Speed, Leech, Avoidance, Indestructible, Socket. Pick one or several.
Combine tertiaries	Off: match a listing with any of the chosen. On: one single auction must carry all of them.
Stat version	Which secondary pair, and which of the two got the larger share.

The combine toggle matters more than it looks. Without it you are asking "does this realm have a socketed one somewhere and a fast one somewhere else" — two different auctions. With it you are asking for one auction that is both, which is the thing you can actually buy.

Several criteria on the same item

You can add more than one line to an item, and they are OR-ed. That is how you express a real buying decision rather than a single rigid rule:

ilvl 282, socket, under 400k	The upgrade you actually want
ilvl 275, any, under 90k	The cheap stopgap you would also take

Either one matching gets you a message. Without multiple lines you would have to choose between being told about the good one and being told about the bargain.

Getting the message

Alerts go to Discord — either as a direct message once you have linked your account, or to a webhook you supply. Each message names the item, the best matching price, which realm has it, and how many other realms also matched.

You can restrict alerts by region, and set a schedule so nothing arrives while you are asleep. If your chest has not changed since the last wave and you have not asked for the wave line itself, the message is skipped entirely — the same list arriving hourly is noise, not a service.

Actually buying it

Knowing an item is cheap on a realm you are not standing on is only half useful. The chest page carries copy-ready search strings for TSM and Auctionator, so you can paste rather than retype an item name with an apostrophe in it while a listing is being sniped.

How many items you can watch

Watching is free, and the limit depends on whether you have an account. Signing in also gives you something localStorage cannot: your chest follows you between devices, and it survives clearing your browser. Since the whole point is coming back later to see whether a price moved, that persistence is the feature rather than a detail.
