The Item Explorer

One item, every realm, every version. This is the view for when you know what you want and need to find where to get it.

What it answers

The browse views answer “what is worth buying”. The explorer answers a narrower question: this specific item — who has it, at what price, and in which version?

Open it from any item anywhere on the site. You get the current listing on every realm that carries it, cheapest first, with the regional median as a reference line so you can see which prices are actually low rather than merely first.

Versions are the whole point

For gear, the most useful thing on the page is the item level range. Most equipment ships in several versions at once, and a realm showing a low price may simply be showing a lower track.

When the range is wide, treat any single price with suspicion until you have narrowed to the version you want. The item level guide explains why the numbers differ at all, and the stat version guide covers the second axis — the same item level can still be two different goods depending on how the secondaries split.

The price history

The chart shows the cheapest price across the region over the retention window, not one realm’s price. That is deliberate: a single realm’s line is mostly noise from one or two sellers, while the regional floor moves for reasons worth knowing.

Use it to tell a genuine dip from an ordinary one. An item sitting at the bottom of its own range is interesting; an item that merely looks cheap next to its highest ever price is not.

Supply is plotted alongside price for a reason. A falling price with rising supply is a market softening. A falling price with no supply is one person leaving.

Loading happens in two stages

Realm data appears first, then the region-wide figures fill in behind it. That is intentional — the realm view is the one you can act on immediately, and waiting for a full regional aggregate before showing anything would make the page feel broken.

If a number changes shortly after the page opens, that is the regional pass completing, not the price moving.

From here to buying it

When you find the version and realm you want, add the item to your chest with those criteria rather than trying to remember them. The chest will then watch every realm and say something when a matching listing appears under your price.
